These Terms of Service govern your use of the Tip For A Site website and services operated by Logged Out LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Tip For A Site provides website design, development, hosting coordination, domain launch support, and optional ongoing monthly website care for small businesses. Websites are built at no upfront cost. After delivery, clients may choose a pay-what-you-can monthly subscription for ongoing updates and improvements.

Pay-What-You-Can Monthly Care

• Website design and development is provided free of charge
• Ongoing monthly care is optional and pay-what-you-can
• Your selected monthly amount is billed as a subscription through Stripe
• Monthly care includes website updates, site cleanup, analytics support, SEO/content work, marketing materials, and AI discoverability work as described on the signup page
• You can cancel monthly care at any time
• Payments already processed are non-refundable unless we separately agree in writing

Domains and Renewals

If you already own a domain, we may add that domain to your website project and send you DNS records to configure with your domain provider. You remain responsible for your domain provider account and DNS access.

If you ask us to purchase a domain for you, we charge the first annual domain cost at checkout and register the domain on your behalf using our domain provider/Vercel account. Domain charges are intended to be billed at cost. We log the selected domain, selected date, first-year cost, and renewal due date. Before renewal, we may send you another bill for the renewal cost. Domain renewals, transfers, and ownership changes may require manual coordination.

Website Ownership & Hosting

• You retain ownership of all content you provide (logos, text, images)
• We retain ownership of the website code and design
• We provide free hosting for your website on our infrastructure
• We reserve the right to discontinue free hosting with 30 days notice
• You may request your website files at any time to self-host

Revisions

Each website build includes one round of revisions after initial delivery. Additional revisions and ongoing improvements are available through pay-what-you-can monthly care.

Managed Service Plans

Optional monthly care provides ongoing website updates, website improvement features, SEO/content work, marketing materials, analytics support, and priority support by email or text. Plan details are presented separately. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information in the form
• Ensure you have rights to any content you upload (logos, images, text)
• Respond to communications about your website project in a timely manner
• Provide accurate domain ownership and DNS information when connecting a custom URL
• Pay any agreed domain registration or renewal invoice before we purchase or renew a domain on your behalf

Acceptable Use

We reserve the right to decline or remove websites that contain:

• Illegal content or promote illegal activities
• Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Malware, phishing, or deceptive practices
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from Tip For A Site / Logged Out LLC, you agree to the following terms:

• Logged Out LLC offers two types of SMS messaging programs: (1) transactional messages related to your website project, and (2) optional promotional/marketing messages about our services and website improvement.
• You may receive text messages regarding project updates, delivery notifications, revision requests, and other service-related communications.
• If you separately opt in to promotional messaging, you may also receive tips, offers, and information about website improvement services.
• Message frequency varies. For transactional messages, frequency depends on your project status. For promotional messages, you may receive up to 4 messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply. Logged Out LLC is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.
• You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to our number. After you send the message "STOP," we will send you a confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
• If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly at nicholas@manej.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages based on your project activity and, if opted in, promotional updates. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless carrier.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is." Logged Out LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or websites we build. Our total liability is limited to the amount of any donation you have made.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
